India’s campus-to-career platform

Three ways talent moves.
One platform.

Internships, campus placements and experienced hiring — on the same profiles, the same screening and the same pipeline. Nobody rebuilds their record to change track.

Why it is different

Four things a job board cannot do

A listings site connects two strangers and steps back. MetaTnP sits between a college, a company and a candidate — which means it can carry the parts none of them can verify about each other.

  1. 01

    Candidates arrive screened

A recruiter sees evidence of what someone can actually do before deciding whether to call — so a candidate is judged on their ability rather than on which college admitted them.

  2. 02

The college verifies its own students

Campus hires are official rather than scraped. A placement cell approves its own enrolments, so a company knows the batch it is hiring from is real.

  3. 03

    Nothing goes silent

Every application carries a live stage, and applications left untouched are chased. This is the single most common complaint about every other platform, and the first thing we built.

  4. 04

    One record, start to finish

The profile built in second year is the record screened at graduation and the number reported to accreditation. Nothing is re-entered, so nothing drifts.

How it works

One journey, seen from three sides

A student applying, a recruiter screening and a placement cell reporting are the same event from three places — which is why it only has to happen once.

  1. 👤01

    Build

    A profile, once

  2. 02

    Verify

    Evidence that travels

  3. 🎯03

    Match

    Roles for your stage

  4. 📅04

    Interview

    Booked by the candidate

  5. 📈05

    Report

    Outcomes, automatically

Who it is for

The problems we heard, in their words

Composites from conversations while building — not customer testimonials.

I applied to forty roles and heard back from four. Not rejections — nothing at all.
Final-year student
Engineering, Pune
I spend more time deciding who to phone than actually phoning them.
Talent lead
Product company, 60 staff
Every year I rebuild the same spreadsheet, and the internship numbers get mixed into the placement ones.
Placement officer
Engineering college, 800 students
Half the CVs claim a skill the candidate cannot demonstrate in the first ten minutes.
Engineering manager
Fintech, Bangalore
I had no way to tell a recruiter that the internship on my CV was real.
Recent graduate
B.Tech, Hyderabad
The director asks for placement percentages by branch, and I am counting rows by hand the night before.
Placement director
Private university, 2,400 students
Scheduling one interview took four emails. We were losing candidates to companies that moved faster.
HR generalist
SaaS company, 120 staff
Nobody told me what I was weak at. I only found out from the rejections.
Pre-final year student
Engineering, Chennai

Free for every jobseeker. Always.

The people looking for work are the ones who can least afford a subscription, so they never have one. Companies and colleges fund the platform, and their prices are published rather than hidden behind a form.

Nothing is re-entered between stages

The profile a student builds in their second year is the record a recruiter screens, the transcript an interviewer reads, and the number a placement cell reports. One record, start to finish.
